COLLECTION OF ANTIQUE AND ART DECO MARCASITE AND SILVER JEWELRY


Including a ring set with an oval cut amethyst, a monkey brooch set with ruby eyes and cultured pearls, a brooch set with green enamel, two brooches set with black onyx and chrysoprase, four pins, and a pair of earrings. Silver. Ring size 7 1/2. Monkey pins: 3 1/4 x 1 1/2 inches. Enamel Brooch: 1 3/4 x 1 1/8 inches. Chrysoprase brooches: 1 x 3/4 inch and 2 x 5/8 inch. Pins: 7/8 x 3/4 inch - 2 1/2 x 1 1/8 inches. Earrings: 1 1/8 inch long.
Ring stamp: SILVER.
Monkey pin stamp: 925 (maker's mark).
Enamel brooch stamp: (obscured hallmarks).
Larger chrysoprase brooch stamp: MADE IN FRANCE.
Bow brooch stamp: SILVER SBS LTD (British hallmarks).
Donkey brooch stamp: S&F STERLING.
Lizard brooch stamp: STERLING SILVER.
Earrings stamp: STERLING GERMANY.

Overall Condition: Scratches, wear, and tarnish to metal consistent with age and use. Pin is missing on wheel brooch. Damage to enamel. Chips to marcasite throughout.
